Terms and Conditions

 

Operating Hours

JK Executive Travel operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Bookings for bank holidays require 5 days notice.

All bookings are subject to driver and vehicle availability.

 

Passenger Information

All relevant and reasonable information is required at time of booking. Additional requirements should be identified at time of booking. We will endeavour to accomodate requested amendments to bookings wherever possible.

 

Disclaimers

JK Executive Travel will not be liable for losses or delays resulting of the following: Strike action, industrial disputes, riots, political unrest, hostilities, war, or the threat thereof, terrorism, fire, flood, technical or weather related problems with airlines or ferry operators, weather conditions or events beyond our controll.

 

Payment

Payment can be made in cash or by cheque payable to JK Executive Travel.   A 25% deposit is required with a completed booking form. We recommend you retain a copy of this form for your records. We also accept Credit and Debit Cards. Card payments are subject to a 3% Bank Charge.

 

Cancellations

Deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellations.

 

Additional Payments

Toll charges where applicable are included in the rates, however parking and hotel charges, where necessary, as well as additional collections and drop-offs not in the original booking, will be charged on an individual basis and added to the clients invoice.

 

Return Journeys

All journeys must be paid in full in advance.

 

Amendments to Terms and Conditions

JK Executive Travel reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. All clients shall be informed of such changes prior to changes being implemented.

 

Inappropriate Behaviour

Any member of the party acting antisocially, causing unwarranted distraction to the driver or generally causing concerns regarding safety will be asked to leave the vehicle and seek alternative transport to their destination. No refund will be offered in these circumstances.

 

Vehicle presentation

Any damage or soiling caused by the client or a member of their party will incurr payment for repair / cleaning. Charges will include loss of revenue whilst the  vehicle undergoes the necessary work. A strict No Smoking policy is in force in vehicles, however additional time can be added to the journey for smoking and general comfort breaks, but advance notice is required at time of booking.
